This pack is about as large as you can get under your seat.  You can almost fit your Pomeranian in it.  At 185 in³ its the biggest pack they make mostly due to its expanding main compartment.  It has 3M reflective tape that doubles as a flasher mount so you can be seen by cars at night.  Its big, its bad and carrys almost everything except the kitchen sink under your seat.  There is not reason not to be prepared for anything that comes your way with this pack on.
