This pack will fit a little extra under your seat.  Its 85 in³ so its pretty big.  Not only willl it fit the essentials but a few other things.  You can mount your flasher on the back and it has 3M reflective tape integrated for night time visibility.  It has an available twist mount and come in black, blue, red and steel.
