The Climbing Shoe of Your Dreams
Depending on which definition you prefer, a chimera is either a fire-breathing dragon or something that you wish for but cannot achieve. In the case of the Chimera Climbing Shoe, the only fire-breathing dragon you'll see is you, spraying everyone at the crag with beta after you've climbed all of their projects. Designed as a lace-up version of the Drago Climbing Shoe, the Chimera maintains the same soft, flexible feel while offering a higher degree of fit customization, ideal for lower-volume feet. An asymmetrical shape and aggressive downturn combine with the rubber-coated forefoot to provide precision and power where you need it. Topped off with the Vibram XS Grip 2 rubber you know and love, SCARPA took the climbing shoe you've been dreaming of and made it a reality.
