Shipping & Returns


Campman offers free shipping on most orders over $50. The only exception are Canyon Cooler orders. All cooler orders will be charged a flat shipping fee.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that delivery timelines can vary based on product ordered and delivery address provided by the customer. Shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes are not eligible for two day shipping. Due to government restrictions of shipping flammable materials, Jetboil fuel canisters and products are not available for international shipments and are only available via economy shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

For overseas shipments, the buyer is responsible for all custom fees or taxes that may apply. 

Returns Policy

If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. We know our customers are the lifeblood of our business and having the right gear can make or break a trip. For these reasons, we offer a world class returns policy. The criteria for each category are as follows:

New Items - We will accept returns for new and unused items within 60 days for items purchased through our site for any reason. All original tags and packaging must be returned in order to be considered new and unused. All new items returned within 60 days will be refunded on the original payment method.

Used Items - We will also accept returns for undamaged used items for up to 60 days. All used item returns will be issued store credit. Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be authorized for return. If you have an issue with a piece of gear you purchased from us and you are outside the return window, please contact us and we'll help you through the manufacturer warranty process.

For liability reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets or climbing gear.

Gear Garage - See item descriptions for gear condition. Gear garage items have a 14 day return policy. Return requests outside of 14 day window will be reviewed on a case by case basis and refunds will be issued as store credit only.

You must have proof of purchase for returns. We may ask why the item is being returned simply for our knowledge. Any shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We can send you a return label if you prefer and we'll deduct the shipping cost from the refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect the item, refund the purchase, and notify you via e-mail that the return has been processed.
