Shipping
Campman offers free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental US. Items under $50 will be charged a flat $7.95 shipping fee. Expedited shipments and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories are subject to an alternative fee scheduling based on weight and package dimensions, which will be reflected in shipping pricing upon checkout. We are not shipping international orders at this time.
Delivery
We ship to virtually any address in the United States. Please note that delivery timelines can vary based on the product ordered and the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, or PO Boxes are not eligible for two-day shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by hazardous weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Due to government restrictions of shipping flammable materials via air transport, propane/butane fuel canisters and products are not available for international shipments or shipments to Hawaii and are only available via economy ground shipping.
Note: If you choose to use a freight forwarder for final delivery, it is no longer covered under our shipping account and is at your own risk. Orders shipped to freight forwarders that are marked delivered by the carrier are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement.

Packages do not ship from our warehouse on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Indigenous People's Day
- Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas
Returns Policy
Not a happy camper? Sometimes you open up your package only to find that the gear isn’t quite what you needed or doesn’t fit right. Whatever the reason, you know when it’s not right, and we’ve got you covered with an extensive returns policy.

We will accept returns for new and unused items within 60 days for items purchased through our site for any reason, no questions asked. All we ask is that the items be unworn (other than trying them on), unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging (including shoe boxes). All new items returned under these conditions and within 60 days will be refunded to the original method of payment.
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, you don't know until you try out your new gear. We will also accept returns for undamaged, used items for up to 60 days. All used item returns will be issued store credit for use on the Campman website.
Note: Due to liability reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used safety equipment or any safety items that have damaged or missing packaging. Examples of safety equipment include, but are not limited to avalanche beacons, ice axes, climbing harnesses, carabiners, quickdraws, climbing protection devices, or helmets of any kind.
Any returned safety equipment items that do not meet the criteria listed above will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Used items have a 14-day return policy for refund provided they are returned in the same condition as they were shipped.
Return requests outside of the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case by case basis and refunds will be issued as store credit only.
Manufacturer's warranties for second hand items vary by brand. We will follow all manufacturer's guidelines in regards to product warranty claims, and some items will not be eligible for warranty due to previous ownership.
Rules and Exclusions

Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be authorized for return. If your item has a warranty issue or manufacturer's defect, we are happy to assist you to get the fastest resolution.

We cannot accept returns on food items or used helmets, avalanche safety gear, or load-bearing climbing equipment.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Any shipping costs associated with the order are non-refundable except in the case of defective products or warranty issues.

Return shipping is paid by the customer except in the case of defective products, warranty issues, or exchanges.
Exchanges
Chose the wrong size? Decided you want something else? We’re happy to offer free exchanges for any items falling within their respective return timeframes. Yes, we mean free. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for the exchange and will not apply any restocking fee.
To ensure inventory availability and a smooth exchange process, we recommend the following:
- Purchase the new item on our website via a separate order. Inventory moves quickly at times and this is the best way to get the item you want.
- Create a return label through our automated returns portal. You can access the portal by clickng the Order Tracking & Returns link in our website footer or through the Need a Return Label link in your confimation email.
- Package and ship back your product. Please ensure that the item is packaged properly for shipment and that all the tags and components are included. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your return, and credit your original method of payment or provide a store credit, depending on your preference.
- Email sales@campman.com with your original and exchange order numbers. This will ensure the return shipping label for your first order is credited back to give you a full refund.
How to Return a Product
If you need to return an item, you have two options to request a return and generate a label:
- You can generate a self service return label using our Order Tracking & Returns link. You will need your order number and email or zip code to use this method.
- Or you can simply log into your account, view the order under the “Orders” tab, and click the “Return Item(s)” button.
To simplify the returns shipping process for option 2, we will email you a $7.95 flat-rate return shipping label to be deducted from your refund. This label can be used by customers within the contiguous U.S. returning non-oversized products*. If you do not use our flat-rate return shipping label, you will not be charged for it. Similarly, exchange orders will not be charged for the use of our return shipping label.
- *Oversized products may include but are not limited to ski/snowboard bags, luggage, etc. Products considered to be oversized or shipping from Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to additional return shipping charges.

After receiving your return label, please package your return with your order number and ship it to the store address below:

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item, refund the purchase, and notify you via email that the return has been processed.
You should expect to see your refund within one week of your package arriving at our shop, which includes 1 to 3 business days to process the return and 1 to 3 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

If you have an issue with a piece of gear you purchased from us and you are outside the return window, please contact us and we'll help you through the manufacturer warranty process.
