“You offered a first purchase discount and then told me it didn't apply to the bike helmet I ordered? That seemed like a bait and switch. I still ordered the helmet but felt deceived by your offer. Not a good first impression!”

Thank you for your feedback. Our system is set up to default to the lowest available price, and the helmet you ordered was already on sale for over 50% off. This means the sale price was lower than the coupon price and you received the best available deal.
