“I ordered a pair of Scarpa Mojitos size 9. I received them in a timely fashion, tore the box open, and started wearing them. They were incredibly snug, but I thought that was the fit. By coincidence-I looked at the box only to discover they were a size 8. I contacted customer service and explained the situation - thinking I would give them a heads up and that would be the end of it since I'd been wearing them for about 2 weeks. The owner contacted me and said I could exchange them for the proper size.
