By using a 3-piece design and Grilamid Carbon shell, the Maestrale RS is significantly stiffer than the world-famous original Maestrale while still falling under the same weight class, and SCARPA redesigned the walk mechanism to avoid any potential for walk-mode freeze issues in the backcountry. The wave closure system, 3 buckles, and finger strap lock your foot into place, giving you effortless turn initiation, and the fully moldable intuition liner gives you a custom fit that will make you remember how fun backcountry skiing can actually be.
