The bi-tension rand pushes power to your big toe without forcing your foot uncomfortably forward, and the stiff design transfers energy throughout the shoe with ease. SCARPA finished the Instinct off by coating the toe-area in rubber and sculpting the heel so you can bike, heel-hook, and bat hang to your heart's content.
