The La Sportiva Nucleo High II GTX is a lighter hiking boot built with a fast-hiker’s stride and the protection necessary for tough trails in most weather conditions. It features GORE-TEX’s most innovative waterproof protection. Unlike most waterproof hiking boots, which only have waterproof membranes over the upper, GORE-TEX Surround wraps underneath your foot as well as over for full coverage. To compensate for breathability, Surround utilizes mesh drainage ports through the midsole and Vibram rubber sole for even better breathability than most hiking boots. La Sportiva built the upper out of durable nubuck leather so you can enjoy this innovative waterproof, breathable protection for years. The Vibram Nano XS-Trek increases traction with flexible lugs that adapt to all angles on the trail.
