In the climbing scene, it seems as if "all-day comfort" means poor performance, and with climbers sizing their shoes down 3 sizes too small to get that extra edge, most folks assume that if you want performance it means you have to deal with aching Achilles' tendons and bruised toenails. Lucky for us, SCARPA took issue with this idea and decided to make the Force V Women's Climbing Shoe for ladies who want to crush in comfort. A flat last means that you'll reach the anchor of a 40-meter pitch without once thinking about foot pain while the lower volume construction offers a women's specific fit so you won't feel like you're swimming in your shoes. When you hit the slab crux, you can finally trust your feet thanks to the extreme holding power of the Vibram XS Edge rubber, and the slight asymmetry of the shoe offers the perfect amount of drive over your big toe. With a breathable mesh tongue and padded heel cup, there's finally a climbing shoe that you can wear on big walls without having to rip your them off at every belay anchor.
