Protective Puffy

The Rab Men's Valiance Waterproof Down Jacket has the unique combination of reliable waterproof protection and warm, lofty down insulation. Most down jackets don't have waterproof protection as burly as the Valiance because down needs to breathe, but Rab used Pertex Shield waterproofing for the enhanced breathability that down needs to stay lofty and toasty. Pertex Shield boasts reliable waterproof, breathable ratings for winter weather, and the added DWR coating beads moisture right off the fabric's surface. Leave the jacket hanging by your door throughout winter because you'll want it every time you leave the house, and don't forget to pack it for camping trips and day hikes in spring and fall.
